Book a free CrossFit class with CrossFit Strength Haven. Whether you have been an athlete for years or are just starting out you will leave here will some feedback on how best to achieve these goals by our coaches who truly care about every person who walks through the door.

What to Expect:

You will get to tour the gym, meet the coaching staff and meet our amazing community. We’ll answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train at CFSH. Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
  • What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • Do I have to stop eating donuts?

For your free CrossFit class, you’ll get to know the CFSH community and how our classes are running. We start with a warm-up then move on to the workout of the day in a group environment all led by a certified CrossFit coach. Even if this is your first time doing CrossFit you can do it! We review all movements before starting them and can modify any movement to meet your current fitness level. This free CrossFit class is a great way for you to see if CFSH is a good fit for you!

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

Your First CrossFit Class is FREE!

This year I’ll be representing CFSH at Wodapolooza for the 2nd time. The qualifying workouts, pre-comp training, and the event itself push us to accomplish things we’ve never attempted before. The support of our box & coaches (+ lots of hard work and laughs) make it all possible!
