CFSH is happy to announce that August’s Athlete of the Month is Scotland Allen! Since he’s joined the box we have seen tremendous progress and accomplishments from him across all domains of CrossFit. Scotland juggles a work schedule and family life and still makes time to get to the gym. If he’s unavailable to get in at 6am, chances are he’ll be at the noon or evening classes putting in the work. He has a go-for-it attitude and will give anything a shot.  He’s always got a positive demeanor towards the other athlete’s, his coaches and himself. He’s always there supporting others and always greets everyone with a warm smile. He’s an amazing runner but he has has also pushed himself out of his comfort zone on things that may not be his favorite! He spends time after class working on skill work for movements like pull-ups and HSPU, to help his overall performance in the box. We are truly blessed that Scotland is a part of the CFSH family!
