15m to eastablish a 1RM clean (power or squat). 15m to establish a 1RM Bench press. 15m to establish a 1RM OHS.
(Build to heavy, athlete gets 3 attempts at each lift. Weight must increase after each successful attempt at each movement. Weight may not decrease after the first attempt. A failed rep counts as an attempt. ** DO NOT get greedy***
