Who is the CFSH Introduction Personal Training Session for?

CrossFit Strength Haven Personal Training Sessions

The CFSH Introductory Personal Training Session is essential prior to joining group classes at CrossFit Strength Haven. This is three personal training sessions with one of our experienced CrossFit trainers. Each session is designed to familiarize you with the fundamental movements that you will build upon while training at CFSH. We will also cover CrossFit methods and nutrition, and what you can expect when joining group classes. These three sessions are included in the First Month Special AND these are scheduled around YOUR schedule! The purpose of completing the CFSH Introductory Personal Training Sessions prior to group classes is three-fold:

  1. CrossFit is adaptable for anyone – it’s like learning an entirely new sport. We take the time to properly teach you the movements so you’re confident and safe in your abilities by the time you begin group classes.
  2. Small group personal training allows us to address your individual needs, deficiencies and injuries. Everybody works at a different pace and this gives you a chance to increase your work capacity and efficiency.
  3. We believe relationships with the people around you are going to enrich your life, and your relationship with your coach is no exception. We want to get to know you, your fitness goals, and how we can help you succeed.
